Monday, March 30, 2015. I found some strips of wood and sewed them to the surface using thick thread. I then put gel medium over the wood and thread on the front, and also coated the thread on the back so it would stay put. This painting also has some of that mattress ticking that I love. Quando troppe cose attraversano la vita, è difficile seguire il blog e le amicizie su Blogland. Ci sono momenti che la famiglia ha bisogno di una presenza assidua. I pennelli vanno a riposo la concentrazione è rivolta a fatti concreti che mutano giorno per giorno. Da quando scrivo sul mio blog non ho mai veramente preso una pausa. Sono stata fortunata ad avere tanto tempo per dipingere e per scrivere.
